Maaria Tiensivu

 

I'm a Service Designer at Exove Design as well as a Masters Student in International Design Business Management at Aalto University. I'm originally from Finland but I've lived in five countries and eight cities which has made me comfortable in staying outside my comfort zone. In addition to my studies in Design I have minored in both social psychology and educational studies and have been hand picked to participate in interdisciplinary projects both in Finland and the UK. 

 

I strive to create systemic social change and meaningful UX and I am passionate about understanding why organisations, systems and people work the way they do and how they could work better. 

I am most curious around topics of systemic design and systems thinking, UX, multidisciplinary collaboration and co-creation, social/environmental sustainability and human sciences and thrive when collaborating with people from different fields and backgrounds.
